Within the 18th Physics Week, I gave a seminar where my aim was to encourage senior graduate students to start thinking seriously about grant applications, decorated with stories from my own experience. Physics week is an event held once a semester, hosted by graduate students and postdocs as part of lectures on special topics from active research aimed at undergraduate, graduate Physics students. It also captures enthusiastic high school students and successfully inspires some to pursue a Physics degree. This was the second online version of the event under the pandemic restrictions.
